HireCredible connects clients with vetted software development agencies and provides delivery oversight to support project success. - Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, and payment for services agreed with selected partner agencies. - Partner Agency Responsibility
Partner agencies commit to delivering services professionally, meeting agreed milestones, and maintaining confidentiality. - Delivery Oversight
HireCredible provides project monitoring, escalation handling, and performance management. We may reassign agencies when required to maintain delivery quality. - Payments
All payments must be made according to agreed schedules. HireCredible may receive a service fee from partner agencies. - Liability
HireCredible is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our role is limited to facilitation, oversight, and performance assurance. - Confidentiality
All parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding project information, intellectual property, and proprietary data. - Governing Law
