By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that organisation.
Hire Credible provides an AI-powered live video interview platform that allows Recruiters to:
The interview questions, transcripts, assessments, reports, scores, rankings, recommendations, integrity signals, and other outputs generated by the Platform are produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence systems.
AI-generated outputs are probabilistic in nature and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, transcription errors, misinterpretations, hallucinations, incomplete context, inconsistent reasoning, or other unintended results.
These outputs are intended solely as decision-support tools and are not substitutes for human judgment, professional evaluation, or independent review. All hiring and employment decisions remain solely the responsibility of the Recruiter.
We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, fairness, non-discrimination, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated outputs.
Portions of the Platform may rely on third-party infrastructure, cloud providers, artificial intelligence providers, speech-to-text providers, text-to-speech providers, analytics providers, payment processors, and other subprocessors in order to deliver the services.
These providers may process User data solely for the purpose of providing services on our behalf and subject to applicable contractual protections.
We are not responsible for interruptions, inaccuracies, delays, outages, or failures caused by third-party providers or systems outside our reasonable control.
We aim to maintain Platform availability of 99.5% on a monthly basis, excluding scheduled maintenance. However, the Platform may occasionally experience interruptions, latency, degraded performance, or errors due to maintenance, internet congestion, third-party service disruptions, AI provider limitations, browser/device incompatibilities, or unforeseen technical issues.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice, except in cases of emergency maintenance.
From time to time, we may release beta, preview, experimental, or early-access features.
Such features may contain bugs, instability, inaccuracies, or incomplete functionality and are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue such features at any time without notice.
To use the Platform as a Recruiter, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately at hello@hirecredible.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security.
Unless you are on the Team & Agencies plan, each account is for use by a single individual. Sharing account credentials with others is not permitted on Free Trial and Pro plans.
We offer the following subscription plans:
Interview minutes are consumed based on the actual duration of each interview session. Unused minutes roll over each month as long as you maintain an active paid subscription. Upgrading carries over your existing balance. Minutes expire on cancellation. Top-ups are available on paid plans only and follow the same policy.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the date you first subscribe. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclusive of applicable taxes. Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added where applicable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not provide refunds for unused interview minutes in the current billing period, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice before any price change takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new prices.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We strongly recommend that AI assessments be used alongside — not in place of — human judgment and other lawful assessment methods.

Before participating in an interview, each Candidate must actively confirm their consent through the Platform's consent screen.
By confirming consent, the Candidate acknowledges and agrees that:
Candidates agree to participate honestly and in good faith. Deliberate attempts to manipulate, mislead, disrupt, or deceive the AI interviewer may be reflected in integrity-related signals included in the assessment report.
Participating in an interview via Hire Credible does not create any employment relationship between the Candidate and Hire Credible Pte. Ltd.
All hiring decisions are made solely by the Recruiter.
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including the software, workflows, interface design, branding, documentation, and related systems, are owned by or licensed to Hire Credible Pte. Ltd.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property except as expressly set out herein.
You retain ownership of the job descriptions, custom questions, and other content you submit to the Platform.
By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit, and use that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Platform services to you.
We may use aggregated and anonymised operational data derived from Platform usage for purposes such as:
Such data will not identify individual candidates, recruiters, or organisations.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available".
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.
We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or reputational damages, including:
even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We expressly disclaim all liability for any hiring, employment, compensation, promotion, rejection, or workforce decision made by a Recruiter based on or influenced by Platform outputs.
All hiring decisions and their consequences remain solely the responsibility of the Recruiter.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hire Credible Pte. Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

We will process your request and confirm once your account and associated data have been removed or anonymised in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused the Platform, or posed a security or operational risk to the Platform or other users.
We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
Upon termination:
You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of account closure, subject to applicable law and technical feasibility.
Sections relating to intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, disputes, and any provisions intended by their nature to survive termination shall continue in effect after termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

We shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including:
You agree not to use the Platform in violation of applicable export control laws, sanctions regulations, or trade restrictions.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hire Credible Pte. Ltd regarding your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.
